Floresville Electric Light and Power (830) 216-7000 Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative (830) 379-2114 Water, sewage, natural gas and trash collection are provided through the City of Stockdale. Animals must be vaccinated and registered with the City. Permits are required for all construction and renovation within the city limits. Contact the City for more information.
